We had such fun working with Emma and Mike to design and create their dream wedding at Dorfold Hall. Their picturesque wedding was full of gorgeous countryside backdrops and included international guests, an intimate rehearsal dinner and an appearance from their beloved dog Chilli!
The celebrations began with a wonderful rehearsal dinner with Emma's family who flew from the USA to share in their big day. This charming and intimate dinner was the perfect way for both families to relax and catch up before the wedding day itself, and familiarise themselves with the stunning wedding venue. These idyllic surroundings instantly set the tone for a romantic and unforgettable wedding weekend for the couple and their guests.
For the Wedding day, Emma and Mike envisioned a colour palette that reflected the countryside, summer colours and to create a romantic and dreamy wedding vibe. We helped to connect our couple with talented and sought-after suppliers that we knew would be able to bring Emma & Mike's dream wedding to life.
Through statement floral meadows, a gorgeous flower arch and delicate bud vases, every inch of the ceremony and reception was full of colour and flower arrangements.
The soft and bright blues, pastels and lots of greenery and foliage effortlessly complemented the rustic surroundings and outdoor vibe of this romantic countryside wedding. With flowers lining the aisle of their outdoor ceremony, this quintessentially British garden wedding was out-of-this-world!
Adding a personal touch to their wedding ceremony was Emma & Mike's beloved dog, Chilli, who stole the show as he made his delightful appearance. Dressed in a dapper bowtie, Chili trotted down the aisle and took fun and relaxed photos will all the guests.
Emma & Mike were blessed with gorgeous sunshine for their May wedding, and it brought out the colours of Dorfold Hall's majestic gardens perfectly. The guests were serenaded by live musicians and enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn and mingled in the wildflower gardens and outside bar.
From the delicious 3 course menu to the stunning wedding cake, live band, DJ and freshly cooked pizza, their wedding reception was full of laughter, fun and merriment.
Emma and Mike's two-day wedding at Dorfold Hall was a true English countryside fairytale, filled with love, elegance, and cherished moments. Against the backdrop of this beautiful wedding venue, the couple shared precious memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.
